For security reasons and in order to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as your information in the contact form, we use encryption procedures that correspond to state-of-the-art technology (SSL and TLS). We would point out that the transmission of data in the internet, for example in email communications, may display security gaps. Full protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
For technical reasons, to prevent, analyse and track threats on or to our web pages, our web server collects and stores data automatically in the log files and which our browser then sends to us. These are:
• browser type and version ;
• operating system used ;
• URL referrer (previously the website visited);
• the host name of the accessing computer ;
• the time of the server enquiry ;
• the IP address .
As far as we are concerned, these data cannot be connected with any particular persons. They are not combined with other data sources and are deleted after 14 days.
If you use the contact forms available on our website, your details from the enquiry form – including the contact data given there by you – will be stored with us for processing specific questions or issues and in case of any subsequent questions. We will not pass your personal data to any third parties. We also use your contact data with your consent in order to tell you about news or current events.
We transmit the data you enter on the contact form and process it further only after you have given your active consent in the form to your data being processed in accordance with this data protection declaration. This transmission is therefore based on your consent (Section 6, Subsection 1 (a), GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. Informal notification by email to the responsible party will suffice. The legality of the data-processing activities up to the time you revoke your consent will remain unaffected.
We will store the data entered by you on the personal form until you either request us to delete them, revoke your consent to store them or if the purpose of the processed data no longer applies, for example after your enquiry has been finally responded to. Compulsory statutory provisions – in particular storage deadline periods – will remain unaffected.

The withdrawal of your application will lead to your data and files in the applicant database being deleted immediately. We will not send or process the data you have entered in the online application process until you have actively declared that you agree to your data being processed in the form in accordance with this data protection declaration and hence on the basis of your consent (Section 6, Subsection 1 [a] GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. Informal notification by email to the responsible party will suffice. The legality of the data processing activities up to the time revoke your consent will remain unaffected.

Our internet presence uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer system. These are used to make our internet presence more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. We also use the cookies to measure the frequency with which sites are called up and for general navigation. Most cookies uploaded onto your computer system are automatically deleted from your hard disc again after your visit. Other cookies remain on your computer system and enable us to recognise your computer system again on your next visit. If this is not what you want, you can prevent cookies from being used by adjusting the settings on your browser as necessary.
Our website contains links that connect with other internet offers. External links, i.e. links to websites of third-party information providers, can be recognised by the fact that, when putting your mouse close to the link, the link’s corresponding target URL is shown in your browser address bar. We are not responsible for the content of sites that can be reached with connections of this nature. The data processing there is carried out under the terms of the data protection declarations of each provider. The opinions and/or claims of fact expressed on the linked sites are the sole responsibility of each provider and do not reflect the opinion/s of the responsible party.
External fonts – called Google Fonts – are used on these internet sites. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are integrated by calling up a server, usually a Google server in the USA. These fonts tell the server which of our internet sites you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to these internet sites is stored by Google. You can find more information in Google’s data protection notes, which you can call up here:
Our page showing you our street address includes an API, an interactive map by Google Maps which is designed to help you plan the easiest way to get to our premises. In order to display this map, your browser creates a connection to Google Maps and, if necessary, to other Google services. In the process, your IP address and any other information are also usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence over the transmission of these data. You can obtain more information on how user data are handled in Google’s data protection declaration: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
We use Google Maps in order to make the display of our online offers more attractive and to make it easier to find our premises. This constitutes a justified interest within the meaning of Section 6 Subsection 1 (f) GDPR.
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (in following: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files which are stored on your computer and which make it possible to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including of your IP address) are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if the IP anonymisation on this website is activated, your IP address is abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases only and abbreviated there.
Google will use the transmitted data to analyse your use of our internet offer, compile reports on website activities and to provide other services connected with use of the website and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of the Google Analytics process is not combined by Google with other data. You can prevent the cookies from being stored by adjusting your setting on your browser software. In this case, however, we would point out that you may not be able to fully use all functions on this website. You can also prevent Google recording the data generated by the cookie which relates to your use of our website (including your IP address) and processing these data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available on the following link:

We use social plugins on our internet offer (“plugins”) from the social network facebook.com which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognised on one of the Facebook logos (a white “f” on a blue square tile or a “thumbs-up”-sign) or are marked with the additional text “Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be seen here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.
If you call up a website of our internet offer that includes a plugin of this nature, your browser will establish a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The contents of this plugin will be transmitted directly to your browser and will be integrated by it into the website. We therefore have no influence over the extent of the data that Facebook collects with this plugin and can therefore only tell you what we do with it based on the information available to us. Through the integration of the plugins, Facebook finds out that you have called up the relevant site of the offer.
If you are a member of Facebook and have logged into your account, Facebook can match your visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the “Like” button or by making a comment, the corresponding information will be sent from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, Facebook can still find out your IP address and store it. According to Facebook, only one anonymised IP address is stored. You can find out the purpose and extent of the collection of data and its further processing by Facebook and the related rights and setting options for protecting users’ privacy in Facebook’s data protection notes at: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you are a member of Facebook and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via this offer or to link them up with stored member data at Facebook, you will have to log out of Facebook before you visit our internet offer. You also have the option of blocking Facebook social-plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the “Facebook Blocker”. There are other options for other settings and options for using and objecting to the use of data for advertising purposes in the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.

If you call up a website of this internet presence that contains a button of this nature, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers at Twitter. The contents of the Twitter buttons are sent by Twitter directly to the browser you are using. We therefore have no influence over the extent of the data that Twitter collects using this plugin. According to the information available to us, only your IP address and the URL of the relevant website are sent when you press this button but they are not used for other purposes, such as displaying the button. You can find further information on this subject in Twitter’s Data Protection Declaration at: http://twitter.com/privacy.
